Three experienced business operators have owned the Car Care Victoria Business since August 2014 and along with the Car Care Victoria Franchise operate 20 leisure facilities throughout rural Victoria. A feature of their approach is Franchisee Support through the Development of the Franchisees Business, particularly Marketing Support and Customer Acquisition.

Ron Bongetti

 
Ron is the General Manager and will be your main contact in terms of operations. Ron has 25 years’ experience in the Sports and Recreation Industry, winning the Victorian Sports Administrator of the Year Award in 1995. He has also had several executive roles (GM and CEO) with National Basketball Franchises and AFL Clubs. He acted as an ambassador for Melbourne’s 2006 Commonwealth Games bid and also created the E.J. Whitten Foundation staging the first AFL E.J.Whitten Legend’s Match.  Ron is a past Board Member at VicSport, Victoria’s Peak Body in Sports Advocacy.

Bernie Carroll

Bernie has a wealth of experience in operating national leisure companies and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).  Bernie is a former Franchise Owner within the Finn Franchise Broker network which provides him with a very good perspective of what value there is within your business compared to other franchise opportunities. He now operates an independent Business Sales Brokerage throughout the Eastern States. Bernie is largely involved in the development of the group but also has an excellent handle on how to maximise the opportunities of technology within the business.

Gerard Murphy

Gerard is one of Australia’s longest serving independent leisure facility managers. He also operates a number of other small business so has a great deal of knowledge on how to operate a business profitably.  Gerard has responsibility for the administration of the business – invoicing, call management etc – which is of vital importance.
